My coaching style is tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and needs through my qualifications and own experiences of my own weightless journey and coaching many people these past 10 years. I provide guidance and support to help each one of my clients reach their goals and build the life they want. I offer a range of services such as nutrition coaching, online coaching, physical training, as well as mental and emotional support. 

 

My goal is to help my clients achieve their highest level of success, not only physically but emotionally and mentally as well. Together, we will focus on the whole person, helping to create a life that is balanced and fulfilling. 

 

My coaching will help you to become the best version of yourself. Through dedication, hard work and support I will lead you on your journey to a healthier and happier life.

One to one training

Mobile or at my home set-up

This is a one to one session with Alan from half and hour up to an hour of training.
We will go through a program of weighted exercises to increase your core strength, improve posture, overall mobility and strength in everyday movements. This shall be tailored towards your own goals and what you wish to specify in whether that be more strength focussed or more suited toward toning and defining. 
Before we begin a consultation needs to be set-up to meet, set your goals and give you a nutritional brief which is specifically designed for you.
Pricing will be differ dependant on a mobile or in-house client, block packages are available.

Training

Online Coaching

A strictly online only service

This is a strictly online only service, where individuals with some gym experience is beneficial but not essential
This service is for someone who wants to create results but doesn't have the time to see me in person one to one.

With this service you gain access to my bespoke app which will give you access to:

1. Workouts designed individually to you and your goals in a gym or in the comfort of your on home.
2. Daily habits and tasks to adhere to created inline with your goals

3. Nutritional compliance with a nutritional PDF designed specifically for you. Myfitnesspal syncs directly with my app so each week I can see what you have been eating and give you critical feedback on what adjustments need to be made.

4. Check-ins will be completed in my app, weight, progress photos and body measurements. These will be inputted once a week and you shall have critical feedback from me weekly to ensure you are positively achieving what we set out.

5. Message me anytime through the app for consistent support and guidance.

To begin a online consultation needs to be booked first to outline your goals and begin getting you set-up, if local this can be done face to face or on Zoom.

Workout

Nutritional consult

Online or face to face

This is a one hour booking for a nutritional consult with Alan.

This is for someone who feels like they have their exercise in working order but lack direction in regards to eating healthier, eating to build muscle, weight loss or weight gain.

In this consultation Alan will map out your history and eating habits, investigate whether there are any mental related issues in regards to nutrition and discuss your current body compositional goal. You will then receive a tailored nutritional document for you and your current goals.

You will gain education and value in subjects such as calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, portion control, how much you should be eating, the types of food you should be eating and most importantly how to live a life of balance. â€‹
