I didn’t start out in the gym confident or experienced. I started overweight, unfit, unsure what I was doing, and frustrated with where I was. Losing 7 stone wasn’t the result of a quick fix, it came from learning how to train properly, how to fuel my body without restriction, and how to stay consistent even when progress felt slow.
That journey changed more than how I looked.
It changed how I understood myself.
It taught me discipline, patience, and the value of showing up, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.
For the last 12 years, I’ve dedicated my career to coaching others through that same process.
I became a Personal Trainer, studied nutrition, and trained as a Life Coach, because most people don’t just need a plan.
They need direction, accountability, and someone who understands the mental side of change as much as the physical one.
I’ve coached hundreds of people from all walks of life, beginners, busy professionals, people who lost confidence, people who felt stuck, and people who wanted to build themselves back up.
