MY STORY

"I didn’t grow up athletic. I didn’t feel confident in my body.

I didn’t have the mindset or the belief that I could change."

I didn’t grow up athletic. I didn’t feel confident in my body.

I didn’t have the mindset or the belief that I could change.

I had to build myself.

At first, it was physical.

I lost seven stone — slowly, honestly, without shortcuts.

But the real change wasn’t the weight.

It was the discipline, the patience, and the commitment to myself.

Then I pushed further.

I trained, learned, refined, and rebuilt my identity through effort.

I stepped on stage as a bodybuilder — not to impress anyone,

but to prove to myself that I could become someone I once didn’t believe I could be.

During that time, I studied nutrition, behaviour change, and coaching.

I started helping others — not by telling them what to do,

but by walking with them through the same internal work I had done.

Then life shifted.

My mum was diagnosed with MND.

Everything I thought I knew about strength changed.

Strength wasn’t about muscle anymore.

It was about resilience.

Presence.

Compassion.

And movement that gave dignity and independence for as long as possible.

I used everything I had learned — from my own journey — to help her stay mobile, supported, and connected to herself.

It was the hardest chapter of my life — and the most meaningful.

After she passed, everything became clear:

Strength is not about how you look.

Strength is about who you become.

Your mindset.

Your self-belief.

Your habits.

Your identity.

Your ability to keep going, even when life hits harder than expected.

That’s where Fitt-on came from.

Not a gym brand.

Not a fitness trend.

A philosophy:

BUILD a meaningful goal.

BELIEVE in your ability to achieve it.

BECOME the person you know you can be.

I lived this process.

I didn’t read it.

I earned it.

Now I coach others through it — with structure, honesty, movement, strength, and real support.

Not quick fixes.

Not ego.

Not surface-level fitness.

Identity-level change.

This is Fitt-on.

This is the process.

This is who we become.
