At Fitt-on, we’re all about more than just sets and reps. It’s about building a mindset, a body, and a life that feels strong from the ground up — literally. And now, we’re taking that same energy outside the gym… one stride at a time.


So say hello to the Fitt-on Runners Club — our official Strava community for anyone who's ready to start running with purpose.


Whether you’re:

  • Running your first 10K

  • Building aerobic base alongside your lifting

  • Reconnecting with movement after a setback

  • Or experimenting with barefoot running like I am...


You’ve got a place here.


Why We’re Doing This

This started with one of my clients. We committed to running the Seaside 10K in 10 weeks, not for speed or trophies, but for something more important: structure, accountability, and a shared goal to work towards. Then I thought — why stop there?


So I bought a block of race entries and opened it up to a small crew.

Now we’re creating something bigger: a community of runners, lifters, movers, and grinders who want to be part of something real.


What You’ll Find in the Fitt-on Running Club:

Weekly run logs & progress tracking, Community challenges (like the current 10K prep). Playlist swaps, route sharing, and race tips, Advice on barefoot running and recovery. Accountability through Discord & IG check-ins


This isn’t about elite pace. This is about personal growth. One run at a time.
